In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jjrs" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to jjrs, the online casino and sports betting platform operated at jjrs.bio.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jjrs platform in any capacity .
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held on the jjrs platform, associated with a verified CNIC, mobile number, and payment method.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of the jjrs platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matched deposit amount credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the player from their own PKR payment account and not subject to bonus wagering conditions.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC verification, proof of payment method ownership, and age confirmation.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" — refers to the voluntary account restriction tool available to players who wish to suspend access to their jjrs account for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the jjrs platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jjrs.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jjrs platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by the jjrs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

To access the full range of jjrs services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address.
4. You are permitted to hold one registered account on jjrs at any time. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5. You must not register an account on behalf of any other person or allow any other person to use your account.
6. You must not register an account if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order on jjrs or any other gaming platform.
7. Accounts registered using false or misleading information will be suspended pending KYC verification and may be permanently closed with forfeiture of any balance.

jjrs reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

jjrs is a strictly 21+ platform. We take our age verification obligations seriously and apply KYC procedures to all registered accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request.

KYC documentation required before withdrawal processing includes:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), front and back.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the jjrs account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. jjrs does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for digital wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.

jjrs offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all jjrs bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements on jjrs deposit bonuses are between 25x and 40x the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to: certain table games, live dealer games, and low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus balances and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
• jjrs reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• The use of any strategy designed specifically to complete bonus wagering requirements at minimal risk — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of bonus abuse software — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

The following rules govern all sports betting and other wagering activities conducted through the jjrs sportsbook:

1. All bets are accepted at jjrs's absolute discretion. jjrs reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason.
2. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
3. Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless the specific market clearly indicates that late betting is accepted (e.g., in-play markets).
4. In the event of an obvious pricing error, jjrs reserves the right to void affected bets, including winning bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
5. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier.
6. Where an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to jjrs's sport-specific settlement rules, which are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
7. All cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches, are subject to jjrs's cricket-specific settlement rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, rain interruptions, and match abandonment.
8. Live in-play betting markets are settled on the recorded result at the time of market closure. jjrs is not liable for any connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or amending an in-play bet.

All casino games available on jjrs — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and game show titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures audited by independent testing laboratories.

The following rules apply across all jjrs casino products:

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed in the game's information panel. jjrs does not modify RTP settings from those certified by the game provider.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer or RNG game session, the round will be completed and settled according to the game engine's recorded state at the point of disconnection. jjrs is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Maximum winnings from a single game round are subject to the per-game win cap specified in the game's rules. Any amount exceeding this cap will not be credited.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. Where a technical fault results in an incorrect game outcome, the affected round will be voided and all stakes refunded.
• Live dealer tables have minimum and maximum bet limits displayed at the table. Players may not exceed table maximums across multiple simultaneous hands on the same table.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjrs platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on jjrs, or registering an account after a previous jjrs account has been suspended or closed for a rules violation.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's CNIC, mobile number, or payment details during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's account, whether with or without their consent, to place bets or access funds.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jjrs platform in any way, including but not limited to auto-spinning, bet placement automation, or odds scraping.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate unfair winnings.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with jjrs support.

jjrs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, in which case jjrs is obligated to report to relevant authorities without prior notification to the player.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the jjrs Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of PKR 200, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jjrs support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance will be processed as a final withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

jjrs is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjrs platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jjrs platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jjrs software or game engine.
• Use the jjrs brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jjrs platform.

Unauthorised use of jjrs intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjrs's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjrs shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits.
• Loss of data or account information arising from technical failures.
• Interruption to gaming services caused by maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond jjrs's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by the player on the basis of information or statistics provided on the jjrs platform.
• Any loss arising from the player's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The jjrs platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jjrs makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

jjrs collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on jjrs, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the jjrs Privacy Policy.

Player data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and where consented to, marketing communications. jjrs does not sell player personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent required for platform operation and legal compliance.

jjrs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jjrs will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the platform at the time of login.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jjrs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real money balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjrs holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jjrs platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are required to raise the matter with jjrs customer support in the first instance. jjrs aims to resolve all account and transaction disputes within 10 business days of receiving complete supporting information from the player.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the jjrs internal complaints process, players may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority associated with jjrs's gaming licence.
